What I collect

• Favourites: beats you heart are saved only in your own browser (local storage) until you subscribe.
• Email list: if you subscribe, I keep your first name, email, the beats you saved, their genres, and a record of your consent (date, the page you signed up on, and the exact wording you agreed to).
• Purchases: Stripe handles payment. I receive your name, email, what you licensed and the amount, not your card details. I keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and licensing.
• Site statistics: daily counts only (pages viewed, plays, clicks). No cookies, no tracking IDs, no personal information.

How I use it

To email you your favourites and your discount, send new releases and special offers from 4SYITE Beats if you subscribed, deliver your files and licence, and understand which beats and genres people like.

Who helps me

MailerLite (email), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting, file delivery). They process data only to provide those services, and some of it may be stored outside Canada.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works right away. I never re-subscribe you automatically. You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing maurice@4syitemusic.com.
